  • Technical Failure: If our system fails to deliver signals as promised for an extended period (e.g., 48+ hours).
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service.
  • Service Misrepresentation: If the service provided significantly differs from what was advertised.

3. Refund Process

  • Include your transaction details and a reason for the request.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Subscription renewals (if auto-billing was not cancelled in time).

5. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel future auto-renewals at any time via your account settings.
  • Cancellations do not qualify for partial or prorated refunds.

6. Dispute Resolution
